10.19.2006-----G'Day!!
Well, news of excited variety brings its way forth! Scott just recently aquired a new MacBook Pro! Some of you may go, "Eeeew! Macs!", or, "Why does that matter!? Whay are you wasting my eye's cells with this!?" Well, I'll tell you why this matters. With just using it for one night at my house, we made the beginnings of a very good sounding song. Very good quality and very good...well, it's just really good all around for the early song stages. This new addition to our band is going to bring some very good things to our hands. Well, that's about it. I was just excited cuz it really will help out I think.

09.29.2006-----Greetings!
OK! We're finally getting back on track. Scott had a really bad ear thing going on which caused him to be couch-bound for about two weeks. He's all better (as far as better gets for him) and we can play music without making his ear explode. With such good news you may ask how it could get better, and I would answer.... We just got signed with Atlantic and our CD will be coming out very soon! Wait, no, I'm dillusional. Still not signed...but progress is being made, and excitement is growing! We still have new demos getting worked on, but we are also trying to finish up the old songs now. We have some good new songs, like Ghost of a Lonely Place, and we are hopeful that we can find time to get things done. Unfortunately we are now back in school, and that takes up quite a bit of time. We're doing our best, but a lot of unexpected things have popped up. I think when we finally get the CD out, it'll really be worth it, so be patient and wish us the best.

07.16.2006-----It's Luke Again!
I bring updates to our status. Scott's been gone in the Slovenlands, and I've been busy working at Toys 'R' Us...not to mention I got a great case of the cold/allergies...but Scott will be back very soon, and productivity will now go up several percent! The good news is that in this time with him gone, I've created an Everglow shop. You may have noticed the link for it on the side of the site (over by the guestbook and all thatness). The objects are a little spendy, but unfortunately the host site for the shop is who pretty much sets the prices. I just thought it would be fun to see what would happen if I made a shop for us. Anyway, I have other things to do, so I am going to head out.

06.25.2006-----Howdy Howdy Howdy!
'Tis Luke yet again. Just letting y'all (whoever that may be) know that we are still working. We've got a bunch of songs and demos and just rough ideas, but we are starting to think of what we'll use on the CD. We're also gunna try to start making some new versions of all the keepers. Unfortunately Scott is leaving for a while and will be somewhat out of the country, so that will put us on a bit of a hold for a little while. We are making progress, and we thank all of you who eagerly await a finished product of some sort. Take it easy.

04.19.2006-----Greetings!
I was just updating some site stuff here and thought I might as well get a new entry in here. As you may have noticed, there is now a GuestBook to sign, so you can feel free to, well, sign it. Other than that not much is going on that wasn't before. We're still working on the musics. It's kinda tough to find time right now with the college and all, but we're doing the best we can.

04.10.2006-----Howdy, everyone!
Well, I just thought it was time to inform you on the latest happenings. To start off, we've been recording. We've made several demos, some of which you can get on www.purevolume.com/everglowband if you want. We're also on MySpace now, so you can check us out there if you like... www.myspace.com/everglowtheband.

If you've been hearing rumors about us looking for fresh meat to get playing with the band...we are pondering it. No certainties on that matter yet. Other than that though, it is 3:56 AM and I don't think I'll type any more for this.

03.24.2006-----Hey! It's good to be back in action
As many of you may have gathered, it's been a hard time lately for Scott and me. We were finshing up some recordings for the album "In Pursuit of Fireflies" when the big accident happened. There was a huge fire. The studio, up in flames... new S&L tracks, lost...

After the fire, Scott and I took a step back to put our lives back together and figure some stuff out, so went our seperate ways. Not all is bad news though! Everglow here is the combined effort of myself (Luke Duesterhoeft) and my new bandmate, Scott Croneberger! He's a real trooper. He's bringing a whole lot of new ideas to the board and, unlike Scott, he's willing to listen and try new things. I think this is the beginning of a great thing.

We are officially in the studio working on our debut album "Start". So Stay tuned for more info. I hope to see you all at our shows. Thanks for the undying support through these tough times.
