Price quotes are provided to the client at no charge. Quotes are based on the amount of work requested and the types of services provided.

In order to save costs to the client, all facility, food / beverages, and equipment will be direct billed to the client.

Travel costs are charged as follows: $35 per day for meals (if provided through event), lodging (if required), and mileage charged at the current federal mileage rate.

(* A minimum fee of $200.00 is charged for smaller meetings/services.)
