1. Summer Internship (III Year)

Company : IBM, India Software Labs, Gurgaon.

Title  : Solution Architecting for BPO Domain, Plug-in Development for Lotus WCT.

Exposure   BPOs, Java � JFace, SWT

Details      : The first project aimed at seeking exposure to BPO so as to come up with a generic solution for it. The second project consisted of development of a plug-in for Lotus Workplace Client Technology.

2. Summer Internship ( II Year )

Company : HCL Infosystems Ltd., Noida.

Title : Employee Information System

Exposure : Java servlets, JDBC, SQL.

Details : It provides an interface for the administrator to login to an employee's password protected account, see related information viz. personal details, leave details, salary details etc. The administrator can edit this information and can also change the password. As the software is deployed on a web server, the administrator can access it from any computer of the company.

3. Small Scale Hospital Management System:

Exposure : Visual Basic

Details : It consists of the following user interfaces: One, for entering the bill information viz bill number, doctor's name, date (which is read automatically from the system), medicine's name, quantity, and amount. Second, for adding medicines to the stock. The medicine name is selected from the medicines present in the stock and the quantity added is entered. Third, for adding a new doctor. Fourth for querying. This interface has three tabs corresponding to sales, stock and doctor which when clicked displays the information from the different databases.

4. Genetic Algorithm based Real Time Scheduling with multiple goals.

Exposure : C++, Data-structures.

Details : Studied the paper on the above mentioned topic and implemented the solution given in it.The problem aimed at scheduling tasks on multiple processors so as to simultaneously minimize the number of processors used and the total tardiness of the tasks for a given task graph.

5. Virtual Share Market:

Exposure : Visual Basic

Details : This project aimed at providing an interface for the administrator to register the public, keeping a record of the dynamic market value of shares of each company, selling and buying the shares.
