Winton Outback Adventure, September 2004
It was only a short holiday, but Adam, Tahlia and Renae and I packed a lot in.

Day 1: Train Trip to Winton.

Day 2: Waltzing Matilda Centre & other Winton landmarks.

Day 3: Exploring fossilised dinosaur footprints at Lark Quarry.

Day 4: Dinosaur Museum, Opal Walk, Historic Open-Air Picture Theatre.

Day 5: The trip home.

Thanks to Judy & Craig's hospitality, we had a great time, also going to the Winton pool daily, enjoying outdoor barbies, a campfire (where we read out Banjo Paterson poems and the girls explored by torchlight), and an evening walk around Winton. (Special thanks to Judy for the copious Anzacs and jam drop cookies.)
