Evaluation a web site on how to evaluate ICT innovations

The information technologies currently available are relatively new to many of our teachers. The computer is the one with the greatest potential of being a major player in the effort of integrating  Information and communication technologies (ICTs) in education. Educators must make all possible efforts including learning on the job, Collaborating, and training in order to acquire the needed skills.  In order to ensure that the process of integration addresses the  goals there must be monitoring and evaluation. A group of "bleeding Edge Educators " Gathered at a teachers workshop on the theme "Diffusion of innovations" which took place at Makerere College School came up with an innovation that can help a class room teacher evaluate ICT integration.
