Silver Bullet - Real Name; Unknown.

Who is this guy? None of us have a clue...we found his letter in an a Old Office in The M.P.D, in a drawer; it's dated from Five months ago, and no officers know who he or she could be. Will we recieve more letters from him in the future? Is he someone to trust...or?... We'll see.
