| Although at first is seemed that LTV didn't have a venue where to host ESC 2003, two halls where found: Skonto Hall & Kipsala Centre. At the end it was decided to host the ESC at Skonto Hall. Skonto Hall will be able to seat 6,000 spectators. The hall was originally built as an olypmic stadium and is used for basketball and indoor football. The floor is 8100 metres squared (70m X 107m) ans is 23 metres high. |
