Yes, that's me. It's not a recent photo. I know. But hmmm... I havent really changed that much over time (I hope you read that fast). My official name is Etienne Brousse, but for strange reasons I'm nicknamed Finn, and also sometimes Brian (something to do with Monty Pythons). This is my personal down-to-earth website. It is still in its prime so I hope you don't mind the smell of plaster and paint. Actually it's been in its prime fo donkeys years now, and I hope you don't mind the dust....
You are welcome to stay and browse as much as you please. Not that there is so much to see anyway
Blob about me: well, born in France near Paris, in a little Banana republic off the northern coast of Versailles, the French Buckingham palace (without the King, but it's a festering nest of royalists and fascists). A Proudly independent and different-from-Versailles little kind of place, whose name is not worth mentioning but it's "Le Chesnay" anyway, which translated into Irish gives ... Derry! I grew up there, with my parents (french father, Irish mother) and 2 elder bros. So I'm the little baby. A 6"4 little baby. So I'm half french-Half Irish. The left hand side is french and the rest is Irish. Although it depends which way the wind blows really. I used to come every summer to Ireland on vacation, I enjoyed the climate, flora, fauna, people, music and everything (even the food) especially Dublin , and Wexford where I learned -tried- to ride wild poneys. They were very playful, and its thanks to them I developped the habit of kissing the sacred sods of Wexford quite often. The country turf really became addictive. For a while I couldn't get off the grass. Sure they like to smoke the occasional ould sod over there.
So it was always at the back of my mind to come over and live there. Which happened in 1999. Been a Dub since then. Clontarf to be precise. I like Clontarf cos that's THE part of Dublin which the Dublin 4 jackeens look up to.
It makes them jealous! I live on the seafront which is great. There is a 3 1/2 miles long beach just next door. I never go swimming, nor build sand castles though. I just like to see the sea every morning. It kind of reassures me to know it's still there where it should be!
