invented the World Wide Web and said:

Undeniably, information is
vital to acquire knowledge. It is through knowledge that one can detect and
develop principle-driven values so as to guide its action towards
prosperity. It is through knowledge that one can grasp the truth, the
ultimate purpose of life. But without Freedom of speech and writing all are
