Coming from a musical family, since her early years ETHA has been exposed to a wide range of music. Over the years ETHA parents introduced her to all types of music and ETHA grew up singing along to any tune that was played, some of which have become standards in pop music.           Since her days at elementary school, ETHA participated in various music festivals and public perfomances. ETHA also formed a vocal group with 2 of her sisters. Although this group eventually broke up,  ETHA consistenly pursued a career asa perfoming artist.           ETHA has collected a number of achievements over the years in the area of singing, as a Second Runner Up Winner at the Vinolia Teen Music festival in 1991/1992,  Second Runner Up Winner at West Java Pop Song festival and Second Runner Up Winner at the Asian Pioneer Festival.           In 1997 Etha got a chance to released her first album entitled "TERLALU CINTA". This album produce and also arranged by Dodick L.A. In this album, ETHA also collaborated with the number well- known musicians as Pay Slank, Bongky, Henry Lamiri, and also one of her sisters, KIDF who wrote one song entitled "RASA CINTA".            The year 1999 is a special year for this artist. It is a year when ETHA is releasing her newest album entitled  "KUHADIR (HERE I AM)", with her first single  "BAWAKAN  AKU  CINTA (BRING ME YOUR LOVE)". In this latest album, ETHA demonstrates her ability as a perfoming artist to make a difference Indonesian Pop. ETHA, whose personal motto is "BE YOURSELF", has collaborated with the number of well-known musicians in her album such as: Dodick L.A.(producer), as well as Anang, Pongky, Bongky, Yohpati and many others.           Conectting on her musical style, ETHA considers herself to be modern pop with a touch of today's beats.           As for a favourite musicians, ETHA finds Swing Out Sisters, The Cardigans, Incognito, Lenny Kravitz as the most influential artist in forming her musical style.           ETHA hopes that in the years ahead her album will be well-received by the public and ETHA can continue to perfect her ability as an artist in the Indonesian Pop Music scene. She does not intend to merely became a "ONE-HIT-WONDER" and be soon forgotten. We all hope her wishes will materialize, which requires hard work and persistence.
