House!
It’s a beautiful house designed for a family of five. With four bedrooms, one loft, three and a half-baths, family, living, and two kitchens, it feels big. It’s in a very safe and quite family oriented neighborhood; the neighborhood families are all friendly and show up often at my get-togethers.
Though it can easily fit five (5) people - we are only looking for one roommate just so there is plenty of space for everyone. Our bedroom is on the main level. On the second level there is my office, guest room, and a loft. She intends to use part of the loft as her art space. You would be living downstairs with your own bedroom, kitchen, and living room and are more than welcome to use the kitchen, family, and living room on the main level. You can also share the upstairs loft with us if you need some space for your computer/desk.
The deck and the spa is shared.
