Downstairs!

 

The basement is fully furnished as a one bedroom condo. The bedroom is spacious: 14x12 sq-ft with attached beautifully tiled full-bath. The big bedroom window allows plenty of light. The door opens to nice living room which leads to private kitchen with fairly new appliances including stove, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. There is a live cable and phone connection.

 

This is really nice considering the space and privacy it provides for one person. I actually thought about living downstairs myself a couple of times.

 

To give you an idea of stairs that lead downstairs, queen size beds can be carried down the stairs but the king size mattress does not fit. Other things that would fit through the stairs: futon beds and desks/tables that come apart, couches less than 7ft in length (or the ones that come apart), and dressers etc. Please bring your measuring tape if you have big furniture.
