Hello and Welcome!

Hello, my name is Edyline Espaillat. I was Born and raised in New York City but I am now residing in Jackson, Mississippi. I was 13 years old when I decided to become a designer and since then, I have been overcoming obstacles in my way. My high school did not offer any design or even art classes so it was up to me to teach myself. Without the funds to use the Adobe Creative Suite, I relied on free programs such as Gimp to create my portfolio and hopefully get accepted to some of the best colleges for Graphic Design. I even went to Portfolio reviews both within my city and hours away. Despite my efforts, I was not accepted to most of them. I settled for Manhattan College, a great school that may not have Graphic Design as a major but offered courses in their Digital Media Arts minor so that I can finally get the proper training that has held me back. Eventually, I found Southern New Hampshire University, applied and got accepted. I am forever thankful for the skills I have acquired. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Media Arts in May 2017. On my free time, I like to brush up on my makeup skills and exercise. Feel free to roam around.
