The DHAA can be divided into two basic parts.
The first section of the DHAA is the UNDERSECRETARIAT OF HUMANITY, which handles all human rights complaints and promotes the exhuberance of humanity within Eslo. This organism also manages affiars that have to do with especially vulnerable people.
The second section of the DHAA is the GENERAL COMPTROLLERSHIP OF ESLO, which is in charge of audinting government dependencies. This section of the DHAA has legal jurisdiction and access to all fincancial and administrative departments in the government except in matters which pertain to national security. This comptrollership is also responsible for auditing certain foreign nationals upon their request for a visa to Eslo.
