Relationship

The existing relationship between Eslo and Mexico has showed very positive results to Eslo in the areas of social interaction, culture, finance, and discretion in our diplomatic relations.  The factor that makes our relationship a bilateral one is Mexicos responsive people.
Mexico, as a government, does not recognize Eslo, nor does Eslo seek recognition from Mexico or any other Macronation.  However, Eslo has unilateral diplomacy in Mexico.  This is reciprocated by the social relationship extended by the Mexican people.  The social factor has been seen in Eslonian Government as well as citizens.
Mexicans began to realize that this micronation could be a possible pilot for a better future and way of life.  The results were shown in citizenship requests presented to the DFA by our embassy in Mexico City.
With new citizens form all backgrounds acquired from Mexico, Eslo began to explore areas of their daily life.  As an outstanding result, Eslo is one of the few micronations that are able to offer actual services to citizens in Mexico through one embassy and three consulates.
These services include legal help for Mexican law as well as many services that a macronational embassy offers to its citizens.  However, Eslo carries these services out in a much smaller scale.

A great cultural exchange exists between Eslo and Mexico.  Due to the fact that the Mexican culture is so rich, and the diversity of its Eslonian counterpart, a wonderful blend of curiosity is achieved.
Eslonian citizens from all over the world have expressed a desire for a better understanding of Eslos Mexican citizens.
On Mexicos behalf, the people now have access to new cultures and ways of life that have been introduce to them by way of their fellow  Eslonians in other countries.  These are Mexicans that have used Eslo as a valuable contact tool.
In fact, the DFA has received many letters of thanks from Mexican businessmen saying that they were able to gain help or do business with someone that they met through Eslo

The Eslonian Embassy in Mexico City represents Eslo and has been designated in 1997 as the most outstanding Eslonian diplomatic mission abroad.  In addition to fulfilling its bilateral tasks, the embassy has served as a right hand for the Eslonian Department of Foreign Affairs.
In a communiqu sent by our DFA office of the Foreign Service, the Eslonian Embassy was informed that it would be the Eslonian Embassy in charge of representation for the Mayan Republic since Summer of 1999. We have since taken pride in representing Eslo before the Federal Mayan Republic and have already negociated several treties and organized events.
