Ferdinand "Ferdie" Salino began his martial arts training during his 12 years old boy in 1979,he was practiced by his Father Rogelio Salino a black belt in Judo . In 1983 he was practiced in JKA by his uncle Juanito Boiser in a few months, and in 1993 he arrived in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia for his a new job as an OCW and after a month he practiced  with Master Romy Basilio TRACMA Instructor base in Khamis Mushayt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1995 he meet his Grandmaster Gerardo Alcuizar Sr. and he will practice in Eskrido discipline until at present, during his Black Belt time he is an active to participate in the tournament and he received a lots of trophies & Medals and Certificates and he is also a two times Awarded as the Best Arnis Player of the year. Ferdinand "Ferdie" Salino he satisfactorily completed the requirements of Instructor Training in the study and practice of the Art Of Eskrido and Karate with strict observation and upon recommendation of  the committee on grading and promotion.1997 he started teaching in his own Chapter Club.

Now Ferdinand " Ferdie" Salino is a certified Assistant Grandmaster in Eskrima - Kali - Arnis - Garote and Combat Judo (Knife Defense) Certified 5th.Dan Black Belt in Tang Soo Do (Korean Martial Arts),3rd Dan Black Belt in Judo Grappling and certified member of the World Eskrido Federation, Khamis Mushayt, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of the rules and regulations, for the INSTRUCTOR PROMOTION EXAMINATION.

Ferdinand "Ferdie" Salino at present a President of the World Eskrido Federation in Khamis Mushayt, K.S.A. and Chief Instructor of his own Club, Eskrido Chapter. He is a man of good character and steady habits, he has a keen sense of responsibility and a trustworthy. He is pursued his teaching in a highly professional and efficient manner. And has excellent rapport with his students.

He has proved to be a conscientious Instructor, Friendly, and dependable during the years he has worked with his students. He is one who lay aside self-interest in the interest of the Organization. His dedication and support of the Organization as a whole has been apparent to the undersigned Assistant Grandmaster.

He is a certified and qualified Master Instructor in ESKRIDO (Combat Judo Knife & Pestol Defense) and ESKRIMA - KALI - ARNIS - GAROTE (Stick Fighting) and also TANG SOO DO (Korean Martial Arts) with the authority to Teach and Conduct Seminar, Examination and Recommend all 1st. Class Brown Belt for Promotion to Dan Black Belt.

In addition he has Authorized to Recommend all Degrees from White Belt to Dan Black Belt in Combat Judo - Eskrima and Tang Soo Do, in his Jurisdiction for Revocation for reason of Disloyalty, Gross Insubordination, Gross Disrespect or transgression.
