| Erik Bunday aka XPLO$IVE comes out the BAY AREA from HAYWARD CALIFORNIA. XPLO$IVE aka XP been in the game since he was in 7th grade when he first started writing ryhmes. Droppin his first trackz "Dumb Wesley" and "Fucking Bitchez" after only writing verses for two days he knew he had talent. Later after recruiting Derrick Prevost aka D.P. he deceided to start working on his first album along wit D.P. After midway recording his first UNDERGROUND ALBUM using other peoples INSTRUMENTALS along wit D.P. he recruited a young MC named Michael Cannon aka MC MIKE and continued the album. Together the three dropped hit singles like " Straight Ballin" , "Get the fuck off my block" and "Real Thugz". After almost finished wit this album the three recruited another MC named Alono Hill aka HEAT. Along with HEAT they dropped the singles" Its Time" and "Dont Fuck wit us". Later the three began working on the follow up album which would not be successful becuase of XP having to move from HAYWARD to Sacramento. After giving up Rapping for a good 6 months, XP once again began rapping but this time would attempt it as a solo artist. He would drop the singles "From the Stack to the Sac" and "MVP" which were successful but nothing close to the accomplishments of the previos group albums wit HEAT, DP, and MC MIKE. XP would once again give up rapping to continue his sport career in basketball and would not return to the game for almost 2 years. Later after getting back in contact wit HEAT, XP decided to give it one more attempt in the music business. Instanly, XP and HEAT got to the studio and this time with ALL ORIGINAL beats from HEAT, XP knew now was the best shot they ever had at making it. Then after dropping the hit singles "Squattin Thangz" and "Spitters", HEAT and XP got back in contact wit DP and got together to drop the next two singles "Thug Society" and "Loyal to tha Death". After what they felt was a successful re-entry album for the Rap game, the three decided to really go for it and try to drop their best work ever, that's when XP formed the HARD HITTAZ. this would be the stepping stone to their future achievemnets. Debuting wit the Album entitled "HARD HITTIN", XP and the HARD HITTAZ would release the BEST work they ever accomplished. Droppin the hit singles "Triple Threat" , "2nightz the Night", "She do That", "We Back", "Bounce" and "Hard Hittaz" they knew this album would be their most SUCCESFULL. AFTER getting nothing but good FEEDBACK on the entire album (which is very unlikely in todays time), the HARD HITTAZ are currently working on their follow up album wich is still untitled, but such hitz as "On One" and "Uh Uhh" are already blowing up all over CALIFORNIA and doesn't look like their going anywhere soon. the HARD HITTAZ are really on their way to BLOWING UP and getting a RECORD DEAL wit some decent companies. Look out for XP solo album entitled "XPLODED" coming soon!!!! | Derrick Prevost aka D.P. was born in East Oakland, California and would later move to Hayward California during his early years. After being very interested in rap music for a number of years, DP decided to start rapping himself. Around his seventh grade year he hooked up with Erik Bunday aka XP to create the "8ball Click". The two decided to put together thier first album entitled "8ballin" . For this album they would use other rappers instrumentals to create their own songs. Juat after recording a few sample tracks, DP and Xplosive had a talk about recruiting another MC looking for a home named MC MIKE. Together the 3 would drop their first hit single "Straight Ballin" which would be one of the highlights of the album. Midway through the album DP and XP recruited another MC known as G.S. (which is now known as HEAT). Because of the limited time GS had to record and vibe with DP , MC MIKE and XP, he was only featured on one song which was entitled "Its time". After finishing his first album along with the 8ball click, DP decided to start working on his first solo album and dropped his first single entitled "My Way" which would do decent but did not show his true talent. DP would continue writing lyrics and working on his solo album. Midway through working on his album he would call it quits and take on other things that were going on in his life. After taking about a year break from the rap game, DP would decide to come back and hook up wit a another group of MCs and drop some more singles. DP would be featured on a song named "In my Residence" which was a big jump for him, he now began showcasing his true talent. He would once again begin working on his solo album entitled "The Distinguished Gentleman" but after writing many lyrics and complete songs but not doing much recording, DP would take another rest. Later after meeting up with HEAT and XP, DP would once again get back into the rap game. He would be featured on the hit songs "Thug Society" and "Loyal 2 the Death" which showed much progress for all three of them. After being tolk that HEAT was making his own beats, DP hooked up wit XP and HEAT and became a member of the HARD HITTAZ. The HARD HITTAZ dropeed thier debut album entitled "HARD HITTIN" and the three dropped many singles with the release of this album. Currently DP is working along with XP and HEAT on the follow up album to "HARD HITTIN" which is still untitled. He is also putting a lot of work into his solo album which is still entitled "The Distinguished Gentleman" dropping the singles "All i Know" and "Can i Come Through". DP had stated that this time around he is going to finish his solo album and together with the HARD HITTAZ, will blow up. | Alono Hill, aka HEAT was born in East Oakland California and in his early years would later move to Hayward California. After meeting up with two MC's known as Money E and D-Nial (who are now known as Xplosive and D.P.), he decided to get into the rap game and join the group which was known at the time as the "8 Ball Ridaz". He would have a few other names before he chose this final. When he first entered the game, he would be know as G.S. which stood for G-SOLDIER. He would be under this alias during the recording of his first tracks wit the "8 Ball Ridaz". He would only be featured on one song on their debut album because of the fact he was recruited late. When it came time to began working on the follow up album to "8 Ball Ridaz", HEAT (who was known as GS) would change his name to G SAVAGE and start showing his real talent with the recording of a song entitled "READY FOR WAR". After being featured on this new single, it was obvious to the listeners that GS had steppped his game up. Shorty after getting into this follow up album, it would fail to be accomplished. Xplosive and DP would give up rapping in order to take up their careers in basketball. HEAT would also give up rapping for the time being. After what seemed like a long break, HEAT (who was still known as GS) would drop a new track entitled "THE LOST CHRONICLES" which would feature Xplosive on it. This track would do decent, but not much effort was put into it so it fell off quicker than expected. Thats when his long break from the game would occur. Then after being interested in the keyboard and in music, HEAT would begin learning how to produce his own beats. This would be the break that he needed for him to get back into the game. He would agian meet up with XP and drop a few underground tracks entitled "THE MOB" and "THUG ACTION" which never really made it out but were still decent tracks. He would really out-do himself when he made a beat for the song which would later be known as "SQUATTIN THANGZ". HEAT and XP would collaborate on this track and really re-introduce themselves into the game. He would make many other beatz which lead to hit singles. After recording a good amount of tracks wit XP and DP, HEAT would discover the art of making beats on a computer, this would be when he would change his name from GS to HEAT.......permanently. He would start putting together new beats for the group who was once known as the "8 BALL RIDAZ", which was now known as the "HARD HITTAZ". HEAT would produce the entire debut album for the HARD HITTAZ which was entitled "HARD HITTIN". His beats for this album would be his best work yet. After a very successfull debut album, HEAT is now working on production for the follow up album to HARD HITTIN which is still untitled. He has already dropped new tracks for the group and is expanding his variety of beats. He is now working on his solo album which is untitiled, already dropping the tracks "COMING FO YA" and "WALKING TRIGGA". He has also released his first mix tape entitled "HEAT FO THA STREETS" which is already an underground classic. Look for HEAT to drop more and more singles as time passes, he has stated that the follow up album to HARD HITTIN will be his best work to date. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
