Location : Morocco is situated in the north west of Africa, facing the Mediterranean Sea, Home of great CivilisationsNorth of the Atlantic Ocean, Gate to  the New  World, West.

Thanks to its Geografy, Morocco has been always  a meeting point of people of all civilisations. Its  History goes back in time for a second  mellennium. Traveling in  Morocco, whether Est or  West, South or North, makes you feel the weight of History living side by side with
the present.

The contrast of the  nature,between a vast  open space in the sunny Desert, and to the heigh of the  Snow tipped Mountains in the North not yet meeting  the green Valley  in the West, makes Morocco looke like a small continent of  its own. It's a unique feeling one can only experience in a Moroccan Climate.

 
 
Climat: The coast as a warm Mediterranean climate tempered on the Estern coast by South-West trade winds. Inland areas have a hotter, drier, continental climate.
In the South of the country, the weather is very hot and dry throughout most of the year, with the nights coolest in the months of December and January. Rain falls from November to March in coastal areas, mostly dry with high temperatures in Summer; cooler climate in the Mountains.
 
 

The Land of contrast,  wonders and legendary hospitality. The wealth and diversity of the different places in Morocco make out of it a permanent invitation to discovery

 
 
Religion: Islam is the State Religion. Islam came to Morocco many centuries ago. The Berber indigenous people of Morocco embraced this Religion and took it to Spain, where they stayed for centuries.
The other Religion that still lives is Judaism. Moroccan Jewa enjoy their life in Morocco, even those that have left , return in Thousands to celebrate Jewish Holidays along with their family members.
 
 
Currency : Moroccan Dirham (Dh) = 100 centimes.  Notes are in domination of 200 Dhs, 100 Dhs, 50 Dhs, 20 Dhs, 10 Dhs.
Coins are in domination of 10 Dhs, 5 Dhs, 1 Dh.
1/2 Dirham= 50 centimes. 1/5 dirham= 20 centimes. 10 and 5 centimes.
Major Credit Cards are accepted in Morocco: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Euro-card, Amex, Diners Club...
