| Emotions put to word are best expressed Through poetic verse, feelings on the page. Ideas of beauty and tears coalesced In mind where syllables took center stage. Special message conveyed with loving care Brought to life with specific words and phrases. Ordered rules of rhythm and rhyme with flare Selected for power of consciousness raises. Oh poet, bring our spirits high to soar Amongst the streams of wind aloft sublime. Hold us there with words chosen ne'er before Written unique to stand the test of time.
