[10/21/04] Hey fans,

                    Well, the time has come. Riley Holgate is no longer with us. We will be trying to get something scheduled when he comes back to town in December. Hopefully everything works out. We just took the promo shots for our full length CD, so check out the extras section to see a few of them. I'm working on a new layout, so keep checking back occasionally. Tour section will be updated soon as well, but please be patient. We really want to get the CD out in January as promised, so we are currently in a writing fury. Thank you.

[9/19/04] Hey fans,

                    Okay, there were some minor glitches in the site, but they should be taken care of now. Please check out our newly updated tour section. You may notice that our show on the 16th of October has now been moved to the 8th. Please come to the show. This will be Riley's last, and it is also for a good cause. Check out [www.freewebs.com/bakersfieldfnb] to see what we mean. We've been receiving quite a few questions about the l.p. Here's the scoop: Due to Riley's departure, recording will have to be done around his schedule. His brother will be doing our drum tracks, then Riley's vocals and guitar tracks will be laid down on top of them. Who knows how long this will take, but we are hoping to have everything recorded, pressed, copyrighted and ready for you by January 2005. That's the best we can offer. Thanks for visiting.

[9/17/04] Hey fans,

                    Finally, a decent site is up. As you already know, we will be losing Riley Holgate. Let it be known that he will always be a mutual member of eris, and he will never be forgotten. Because of his departure, eris has a new member. Please welcome Alec Ballow. Also as a result of Riley's departure, we will be playing a few dates here pretty soon. Check the tour section for the info. Our new e.p. has just been released as well. It is called "b-sides and previews." As well, the l.p. "For The Fairest" is scheduled for release by mid-January. Yes, Riley will be on the cd. Keep checking back.
