The Organ of the Oliwa Cathedral
in Gdansk-Oliwa, Poland.
The
organ of the Oliwa Cathedral is one of the largest pipe organs in Europe. It
features 110 stops and about 7800 pipes. The organ consists of three
instruments: the Great Organ, the Small Organ and the Positive. The Great and
the Small Organs are the masterpieces of Jan Wilhelm Wulf from Orneta
(1735-1807) - the Cistercian monk brother Michael.

This Organ is Massive. The Great
Organ of the Oliwa Cathedral built between 1763-1788 by Jan Wulf. It took 25
years to construct this instrument. When Wulf completed his work the organ had
83 stops and was the largest organ in Europe at that time. Later on a few more
stops have been added yet. Today this instrument has 87 stops.

Organ has 14 stops and can be played from the console of the Great
