The group is open to all residents of Second Life irregardless of each individual's skill sets. The SLBT seeks individuals with any type of skill not limited to the following:
- Object Modelers
- Scripters / Coders
- Clothing Makers
- Animation Makers
- Machimists / SL Video Makers
- Ideas / Seed Thinkers
- Feedback and QA
- Texture Makers
- Administrative and Leadership
Each individual wishing to join is directed to contact any member of the group. In order to join, each member must meet the following criteria:
- Have an active Second Life account
- Be in good standing with Linden Lab (not suspended or banned)
- Has not had their account banned or suspened in the last six (6) monthes
- Have atleast two (2) positive ratings in Behavior
- The account must be six (6) or more monthes old
Each member of the group is entitled to one (1) vote at the quarterly and special member meetings.
