Friday (4/15/05)
- Flight
- Salisbury Hotel check-in
- Pick a Bagel
- Central Park (just to eat)
- 5th Avenue walk
- La Scatolina
- Matador
- Walk through Greenwich
- Shellys New York ($18 Bookers and live Swing/Jazz)
- Pick a Bagel
- Times square
- Marvel comics store in garment district
- Subway to Brooklyn
- Grimaldi's Pizza
- Brooklyn Ice Cream Factory for a delicious hot fudge sunday
- Brooklyn Heights
- Brooklyn Bridge
- Chinatown
- Little Italy
- SoHo
- Greenwich Village
- Papaya Dogs (2 dogs with the onion stuff and a papaya drink please)
- Hotel to rest
- Saw Orgasms at SoHo Playhouse
- Ate at Le Pescadou (recommended by SoHo Playhouse staff)
- Can't remember if we did anything else Saturday night
- Had a perfect breakfast at EJs Luncheonette
- Walked through Upper West Side (where Carrie Bradshaw lives)
- Walked through a flat for sale
- Enjoyed Central Park in the spring -- along with everyone else in NY
- Visited The Metropolitan Museum of Art
- Had a quick bite at a hot dog stand outside the Met
- More Central Park
- Beer break in the hotel
- Italian dinner at Tellos
- Walk to Hotel Metro (which was closed)
- Walked all the way back to the hotel (through Times Square at night)
- Beer run to the corner market and nightcap in hotel
- Subway to Lower East Side
- Walk to Clinton Street Baking Company (yummy blueberry pancakes!)
- Cab to SoHo
- Shopped (H+M)
- Stopped at a coffee shop to wait in a long ladies' room line
- Shopped some more
- Cab back to hotel
- Shopping in Midtown (Tiffanys, Mexx, Club Monaco)
- Meanwhile the boys went to a camera store and walked around
- Met up at the hotel and took a quick catnap

Took a cab to Lower Manhattan and met up with Tim
(Mikes friend from the watch community) - Had the most delicious corn beef and hot pastrami sandwiches at Katzs
- Drank great beer and scotch at d.b.a.
- Did a little evening walking/shopping in Greenwich
- Walk to Hotel Metro again (still closed)
- Stopped at the NY Public Library for a feet break and photo op
- Walked all the way back to the hotel (ouch, now the feet hurt)
- Slept hard
- Sleep in
- Mike gets us more bagels at
- Pick a Bagel
- Pack up
- Check out
- Walk to Empire State Building
- Subway to Bleeker street
- Ate our last New York meal at Johns of Bleeker Street
- Subway + short walk back to hotel
- Towncar ride back to JFK
- 6 hour flight home
