Our original blend is mild with a tangy hint of fresh roasted garlic and Parmesan. We hand roast our garlic from whole cloves, dry it and process ourselves to insure the fresh roasted flavor isn�t lost like when using store-bought garlic powder. We also use freshly ground peppercorns for maximum flavor. Each pouch is hand mixed with just the right amount of seasoning and sealed airtight for freshness.

After a couple of weeks at the local farmers market, we had repeated requests for something a bit spicier. We took it to heart and went back to the kitchen to come up with a blend that would add some heat to the pallet without changing the taste. Since Brian and I are the Hot & Spicy eaters in the family it fell to us to come up with this recipe. After careful selection of three different peppers and spice we found the perfect blend. Not too hot so as to burn the taste buds but hot enough to get your attention. We�ve had overwhelming response to this product and plan to keep making it.
