David became a member of Lair No. 1 of the RR&R on . He completed his Rascal's Challenge at the 3rd Quarter 1996 meeting. He was named Rascal o' the Year in 1997. David was an engineer when he first joined the RR&R. On last report, he serves a Unitarian Universalist congregation in Georgia.
