Present is a time which has never before seen in the whole of human history. Life is now moving at a very fast pace, the world has advanced, people have made their life goals to get as much success and wealth in their lives by achieving better lifestyles or going exactly opposite of it by adopting to live without any aims. But still they ask what actually is the meaning of Life?

In order to seek all the answers we have to be strongly aware of our history and the events which happened several thousand years ago. Since everything we witness obviously is a result from the past. People are some how scared of the word "Straight Path" either they believe that they are already at it or they think of themselves as if they know it all. We will never be able to find the path until or unless we desperately seek it and to have a clear understanding about the word "Knowledge" that it is no ones property and is infinite. It is very important to do research because it concerns our lives and most importantly, after knowing and understanding the truth, we should manifest it on ourselves. Since knowledge is useless without implementation. The information is literally available in massive amounts but unfortunately we do not have time to look for it. Therefore if we claim for having no time to search for the truth than we have no right to ask such questions and to simply blame it on a mere word "Life".

The advancements which have taken place have actually made it easier to understand the concept of human phenomena and a reason to live with a better understanding of life. Why? in simple explanation, according to our limited brain no body can deny that after having so called advancements we now see the infinite realities such as space and astronomy which are beyond the reach of a weak creature called human. But we shall only be able to grasp it when we search it at a right place without being biased and rationalized that there is an Absolute Being Who is The Creator and Sustainer of it all and everything has to Return to Him at an appointed time.

We have been given a light of  Islam 1421 years ago by Allah Subhanawata'ala for His people by His last beloved prophet Muhammad (saw). He Who gave the same to Jews and the Christians. Islam means to surrender ones will to The All Mighty Allah Subhanawata'ala: to Whom we shall all return. It is to implement His Laws on His land and to live a peaceful and a purposeful life according to the Ihkamats (Orders) revealed by Allah Subhanawata'ala through Jibrael (Gabriel) to prophet Muhammad (saw).

Many people think they are living a perfectly understandable, peaceful and a meaningful life without any source of  Divine Guidance (Al Huda). It is impossible to achieve it since it has been mentioned by our Lord that the condition is to first surrender and realize that nothing is under our control not even our own self which mistakenly we claim to be ours. Therefore one would stay astray and ignorant for the rest of his life. Since humans have been created weak and have their limitations they most certainly need a Guidance (Al Huda) from a Divine Source which is understandable by the most simple minded people and as well as from the most complex minded. 

Islam is a Deen (complete code of life) not a religion. Judaism, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism and all other isms and beliefs are religions they are not Deen. All the religions other than Islam deals only with individuality not with the conditions of people at large. Islam is everlasting the most perfect and unchanged Deen (complete code of life) of all the major religions of the world. Why? because it is from the same Lord who gave Jews and the Christians their books at the first place so doesn't He contain The Will and The Power to give it to others. The question which should be raised here is why He had to give it to different people at different times? which is clearly stated in "The Quran" and by Him He had completed His favor through the revelations on His last messenger and prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him): The seal of the prophets.

Islam is also the most miss understood Deen specially in the West. The western media have portrayed it in such a way that people have false ideas and completely false understanding of it. They want people to stay away from the real teachings of Islam because they are aware of the impact of the truth. The most interesting thing is that people believe in what has been shown and said to them about Islam without having real knowledge of the subject and being literally ignorant of the real teachings of Islam. Jewish and Christian texts as admitted by their own scholars have been altered  and are not in their original form and this is also confirmed by  The Quran as well which is the true book and the word of Allah revealed to His Prophet Muhammad (saw). They no more exist in their original text. Those were the books of The same Lord which they have revised. The Quran was revealed in Arabic and has been preserved, word to word, because the responsibility of the preservation has been taken by The Lord Himself and is in its original form through Remembrance (Hifz) by the Muslims for last 1421 years. It is not limited only to Muslims but is a Guidance for all humanity. Whoever will seek it with honesty and truth will be guided to a straight path. In Sha Allah (If Allah Wills)

The Quran's revelation started from the word "IQRA" which means to "READ" on prophet Muhammad (saw). There is a hikmah (Wisdom) in each and every word of it. So without having no time to read and seek real knowledge how can we understand the meaning of Life?. Without trying to understand the sacred words of the One who gave life to all beings and everything else at the first place. How can we understand the truth and how will we be able to answer such questions: Who am I? What is the reason of my life? Why I am born? Where am I going? What will happen after I die? Where have I come from? There are only two ways to deal with them either we look for the answers with pure honesty and truth or we deny it and accept our self denial.

Islam is a deep teaching and understanding of life. Its a complete science in it self and requires a process of learning until it penetrates into the heart. Many great Muslims: The Ulamas, Imams and great Scholars of Islam such as Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Malik, Imam Shafi'i, Imam Ahmed Ibn Hanbal, Imam Al Ghazzali and many more have written extra ordinary texts several hundred years ago on the teachings of Islam. They have done an encyclopedic work on Islam which is commendable. There are great Imams and Scholars in present time such as Dr. Israr Ahmad, Imam Shaikh Hamza Yusuf, Basit Bilal Koshal, Ahmed Deedat, Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens), Sheikh Yusuf Estes (Chaplain Estes) and many more great people who have devoted their lives for the Deen (complete code of life) of Allah Subhanawata'ala and working hard to teach and benefit "You" and themselves from this Deen.

Listen to these great people and learn from them about the teachings of Islam. Learn it from people who are truly practicing it not by those who claim they are Muslims but haven't read or tried to understand The Quran. These are the kind of Muslims who do not pray and rather never even bother to understand the meaning of the prayer. These Muslims are ready to discuss Islam day in and day out without even spending time to learn it from the people of A'mal (Practice) and learn the Arabic language so they could understand the book of Allah Subhanawata'ala. These kind of Muslims are mesmerized by secularism. They don't have time to read  The Quran first because they take it for granted that they are born in the Muslim families so its taken for granted that they know everything and secondly they are so busy worrying about their worldly needs which completely puts them astray from the real way of their Lord and they forget that their needs of the world are promised to be full filled by Allah Subhanawata'ala and not by themselves, Who by His Rahmah (Blessing) is giving them Muhla (Time) to come back to His path "The Quran". 

They have portrayed a complete false image of Islam to the people of the world. This is a Deen which you can't simply understand by yourself. It requires to get knowledge from teachers who have dedicated their lives in the way of Allah Subhanawata'ala. For any sane person this should be easy to understand that if these great people have dedicated their lives than there is some wisdom in their which is worth spending your time for! Don't waste your lives for the sake of Duniya (The World) and be totally lost in it in such a way without realizing that you are deceived by your Nafs (The Self). Get a true sense of life because there is guidance for "You" in "The Quran" the book of Allah Subhanawata'ala, Your Lord.

May Allahu A'lam (The One Who knows the best) by His Rahmah (Blessing) will give us the ability to understand the "The Quran" the greatest gift to humanity and to apply His Laws (Shariah) and how to perform the Ibadaats (Fiqh) to Him in our lives which will benefit us in this world and the hereafter (Akhira): The Life Forever, In Sha Allah.
