Step 5: Proposing a Fundraiser

| As a group hold a brainstorming session to come up
with a list of posible fundraising activities. Discuss these possibilities
and keep notes on your findings. Consider the following questions: |

Is the fundraiser practical, or impractical?
|

Is the fundraiser the best way to raise money
within the school?
|
|
|
Is the fundraiser compatable with your charity
organization?
|
|
| Decide as a group which type of fundraiser you would
be interested in organizing. Make a list of what would need to be
done to plan, organize, and hold that fundraiser. |

| As a group, prepare an informal report on your proposed
fundraiser, including the informaiton you have now collected (you can refer
to the links on report writing listed under Step
3: Preparing and Informal Report). Review the draft report as
a group, edit it, polish it, and submit a copy to the teacher. |
