Knight's Quest
Wizard pencils have erasers on top.  Back in the Dark Ages, this was considered bewitchment.  Wizards would write their employment contracts in pencil, then get kings to sign them.  Later, the wizards would take extra sick days and the kings would say, "That's not in the contract!" and the wizards would point to the contract and show that, yes, it was in the contract.  Now.

Wizards usually got beheaded for such trickery, hence the kingly saying, "If your pencil has a head, then you won't."

Return to the golf course, where even further volcanic annihilation is in progress.
