1. Maximum of 15 participants per college
2. All teams should provide authenticated identification for all their participants
3. If any participant was found to have produced false identification, the entire team will be disqualified and their prizes and points will be ceased
4. The schedule has been made such that there is no need for more than six persons per college for performing Cultural events
5. A student can participate in any number of events
6. The organisers are entitled to diqualify any team from an event if they find the performance as vulgar or obscene
7. No rules other than mentioned shall be assumed by the participants
8. The given rules are liable to changes
9. The participant must abide by any other rules enforced by the organisers
10. Disputes and misbehaviour of any form shall not be encouraged
11. The judges decision will be final
12. Queries of any form have to be consulted with the event incharges or co-ordinators
13. Time relaxation will not be given at any case

Technical Rules

1. Charts and papers will be provided
2. Water, fire and Live animals of any form are strictly prohibited
3. Participants have bring their own cassetes and CDs properly labeled
4. We are not responsible for any technical problem with CDs or cassetes
5. The participants shall comply with the given light, audio and stage settings
6. Finished artistic work will not be returned
7. First place - 10 points, Second place - 5 points, Third place - 3 points. Kurukshetra event winner - 30 points, Second and third gets 20 and 10 respectively
8. The top two teams at the end of 24 events will claim the winners and runners shield respectively
