Mrs. Christina A. Caldwell, 77 years old, passed away at the home of her son, Oliver W. Caldwell of 600 Tiffin Avenue, yesterday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock from complications of diseases which she had been suffering with for some time. The deceased had lived in Hancock County practically all her life and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Huffman. Her husband, David Caldwell, died many years ago. Those left to mourn her loss are three sons, Oliver W. Caldwell, with whom Mrs. Caldwell made her home, Wilbert Caldwell of Honor, Mich., and Williard Caldwell of Turlock, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Wineland and Mrs. Elvira Crozier of Arcadia; five brothers, Addison and Norman Huffman of Arcadia, Jefferson and George Huffman of Michigan, and Jeremiah Huffman of Montana, besides one grandchild, Seymour Caldwell. Funeral services will be held at Arcadia, her old home, Friday morning at 10 o'clock and burial will be made in Fostoria.

W. A. Caldwell, 83, Dies At Arcadia - Rites Wednesday For Retired Carpenter - Willard A. Caldwell, 83, a retired carpenter, died at 11:45 a.m. yesterday at the home of a cousin, Mrs. Clarence Tanner, Arcadia. He had been ill since February. He was born May 16, 1875 at Fostoria, a son of David and Christena (Huffman) Caldwell. He moved to Arcadia two years ago from Ogden, Utah, where he had been employed by the Ogden Meat Packing Co. Mr. Caldwell went to California as a young man but spent most of his life in Arizona and Utah before moving to Arcadia. He is survived by one niece and one nephew. A twin brother, Wilbert, two other brothers, Oliver and Ira, and two sisters, Dora and Maggie, are deceased. The body was taken to the Coldren Funeral Home where it will remain for services at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Millard Knowles, Arcadia Methodist Church, will officiate. Oliver Caldwell Called By Death - Funeral Thursday For Findlay Man - Oliver W. Caldwell, 82, of 1824 Byal Avenue, died at 3:15 a.m. yesterday in the Blanchard Valley Hospital of carcinoma. He had been an ill health for the past year. A retired pattern maker, Mr. Caldwell was born April 27, 1870 in Hancock County, a son of David and Christena (Huffman) Caldwell. He married Luretta Ann Moore who survives with a son, James A. Caldwell, of 220 East Lincoln Street, and one granddaughter, Mrs. Charles Hockett, of Akron. He was the last of his family, two brothers and one sister having preceded him in death. The body was taken to the Perry Miles Funeral Home where it will remain for services at 2:30 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. C. D. Osborn, of St. Paul's Evangelical United Brethren Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Lawn Memorial Park.
