After his release, Walter BROWN founded the Webster Electric Company in Racine, WI and eventually returned to Elkhart County, IN before his death. A connection between the two families was made in 1994 when David R. BROWN contacted me via Rosalie [BROWN] HOUSEL and our family histories were exchanged.
