FORD motors and Paul Bailey Auto dealership in Warwick Rhode Island.
If you are considering either buying a FORD or using the Paul
Bailey Dealership, I would advise you to take a few moments to
read my story. I feel an educated consumer is an informed consumer...so
allow me a moment to inform you of the problems I have had with
both FORD motors and the Paul Bailey Dealership.
The following is the story of my dealings with the
Paul Bailey Service Center in Warwick, Rhode Island. It details
how a replaced head gasket has led to a situation where Paul Bailey
Service had repaired my car, but refused to repair the damage
that seems to be a direct result of the original work they have
done. Due to the work they had done on my car, it overheated.
They accepted responsibility for for the car overheating because
they made the repairs for free. However, now I have a cracked
engine due to overheating, but they will not cover replacement
of the engine...?

*** UPDATE *** I have since purchased a TOYOTA COROLLA and have been sooooooooo pleased with it! I am sorry I have not updated this page in some time, however it became apparent from my dealings with Paul Bailey and FORD that I would have a nervous breakdown before they ever agreed to even INSPECT the car or LOOK over my documents.
