Mercenary:  Can choose to stay in the Federation force or can become an individual.  Mercenary do the dirty work for anyone.  Allies or enemies.  
Pays:  $2,500 + when someone hires you.

Soldier:  You are a member of the Federation military force.  Protect all Federation site and fight in battles.  Pays:  $3,800 a week

Scientist:  Federation scientist that usually stays in the lab analyzing and interacting with prototypes.  
Pays:  $3,500 a week

Engineer:  Federation engineer that builds mass produced Mobile Suits.
Pays:  $3,300

Mechanic:  Federation mechanic who repair Mobile suits, ships, and others.  Receive double pays if 10 Mobile Suits are in Garage
Pays:  $2,900

Ambassador of a Colony/Side:  These people represent a colony.
Pays:  $6,000 + previous job
