Dear Potential Sponsor:
We have scheduled a Holistic Mystic Fair at the Holiday inn Conference Center, between the Ground Round Restaurant and the Holiday Inn, Augusta, Maine on November 25, 2006, from 8 to 5.
We are currently registering vendors for: Tarot card readers, Psychic Mediums, Massage therapist, Aura readers, Chakra, Reiki, crafters, children�s items, holiday gifts, wreaths, Alternative healers and medicines, new age items, gems, stones, oils, herbs, mediums, spiritualist, etc.
I am looking into having traveling minstrels and people dressed in mystic costumes to be roaming the fair off and on.
We are also looking for businesses that are either not interested in being a vendor but would like to sponsor our Fair or would like to increase their participation in the show by also sponsoring the show. We have a table set aside at the show for pamphlets and business cards of our sponsors. We can advertise your business on our website and in our advertising.
I believe this fair will be like nothing Augusta has ever seen, a different twist on a craft fair. This will be a very diverse fair including New Age, Psychic readings, alternative medicine Reiki, Chakra, and crafts uniting New Age, Pagan, Christian, etc.

We have three levels of involvement available:
Sponsor Level I: $25, Includes your name mentioned on our website, (currently under construction), the availability to have information about your business displayed at the show on a special sponsor�s table.
Sponsor Level II: $50, Includes Level I above, plus your name listed in newspaper advertisement as a sponsor as well as a link on our website to your business website.
Sponsor Level III: $100, Includes Level I & II
above, plus an advertisement of your choice at the website itself and a more
extensive mention of your business in newspaper advertisement and if we get
enough sponsorship mention of your business on radio adds.
As time draws closer to the event, we will have flyers available to promote the event. If you would be interested in flyers to put up at your shop, if you have one, and possibly leave some on your counter, let us know. We might even do some small flyers that can be tucked in to customer�s bags as advertisement before the show.
