Finally the night of the Gala arrived and after many hours of preparing she believed she was ready to go.  Lana arrived at the Gala fashionably late.  She thought this way when she arrived, the fans would be begging her for autographs and she could give a few.  As she pulled up in her somewhat beat-up Cadillac limo, there were numerous fans lined up at the red carpet leading to the entrance of the hotel.

Lana quickly looked in the mirror to make sure everything was in place.  Her hair was freshly dyed black (mustnt show her true colors,) and the make-up artist did her best to turn back the hands of time to five her a more youthful appearance.  The wrinkles around her eyes were still visible, but when the movie would be shoot they would be able to hide these with lights and camera angles.  She had to admit that her green eyes that mesmerized the most strong-willed man werent as shimmering as they used to be, but it was probably due to her stress of wanting the part.

Outside the fans were screaming some of the other celebrities names.  Lana knew she had to make a grand entrance for her fans, so when the limo driver opened the tarnished door, Lana leaped out of the limo and bowed deeply.  As she rose from the bow the cheers from the crowd had ceased. Thinking the fans were so astounded by her presence, she slowly made her way up the red carpet waving and bowing her head to the people.
One young girl was holding her autograph book out not realizing who the famous person before her was.  Lana walked up to her and took her book with a somewhat tarnished movie smile; Lana asked the young girl what her name was.  Dumbfounded, the young girl blurted out, "Nancy!"  Lana wrote best wishes to a special young lady.  Then signed her name in the unreadable way celebrities do.  Lana handed back the book then proceeded up the red carpet.  The young girl opened the book to the page that was just autographed and read it.  When she finished reading the name, she thought to herself, "Who the heck is Hana Noore!"
