| MEMBER BENEFITS The Empire Park S.W. Community League is a nonprofit organi-zation which depends on volunteers & partnerships to provide recreational, social & education programs in facilities built & maintained by the community league on park land licenced for this purpose by the City of Edmonton. New memberships (valid from September 1, 2008to August 31, 2009) offer the following benefits: * free skating on community outdoor rinks, * access to minor sports in Edmonton, * free access to hall facilities ($100 damage deposit required), *free classified ads in the community newsletter, * access to community league programs throughout Edmonton, * various program fee reductions with Empire Park Programs, * up to 6 free public swims per month at Confederation Pool, * low income fee reductions, * community computer access, * information and opportunities to comment on issues with a potential impact on our neighbourhood, * and an opportunity to work with other community residents to improve options available in Empire Park. Membership rates: Family � $25.00; Single-parent family (only one adult in household) - $20; Senior (age 60 & over) � $5.00; Single � $15. Post Secondary Student Rate - $10. Membership is open to all residents of Empire Park. Community League membership must be purchased in the community where you live. Renew your membership today!
