I went to see "Weird Al" in concert for the second time. I sat in Sec. A3 Row 1 seat 5, and  was only two feet away from the stage, I was so close I could touch them. It was cool that the stage roatated around so that you had an opportunity to see everybody up close and personal.
  The concert was at the Celebrity Theater, and it started at 7:30 pm. There was a comedian there to warm up the crowd and he was very good. I loved a lot of his jokes.
   After the comedian was finished there was a slight intermission, so I went over to the Al-Team section and finally met some of the other members.
Then the lights went down and Welcome to the Funzone from UHF played, then the theme from the Weird Al Show came on the screens. Then Al came out and did Gump. After Gump they did Polka Power. After Polka Power, Al called for a drum solo by Jon, he just did a hit on the snare and that was it. Then it was Jerry Springer, followed by
  My Baby's in Love With Eddie Veder. When the stage turned around to my section I was mouthing the words and Al look at me and stared for a while, when he was singing! Ahh, at last eye contact.
Here comes the snow! Durning, the Night Santa Went Crazy, snow falls from the ceilling. Being in the front row, you get the blunt of the snow. I was covered head to toe and got soakedt. The people that where in the next section got snow in there drinks=)
  Next came the first costume change, if you have never been to a Weird Al conert, during constume changes parts of video play to keep the audience busy. Dare to Be Stupid was next, the song is a style parody of DEVO. After the song there was another video. Then it was All About  the Pentiums. Another short costume change. Then it was Germs,  this song when it is preformed live is amazing !!! In the beginning Al slides down the microphone pole, and this time he licked it while he was sliding. Ahh, One More Minute, one of my all time favorite Al songs. I didn't get any of the scarfs or the boxers shorts, but I loved it.
A small costume change then came the medley, it contians two of my new favorite songs, Fast Food(ThankYou) and Free Delivery(My Heart Will Go On). This is where I got spit on! Al was singing and all of sudden a piece of spit came flying out and landed right on me. A slightly longer costume break this time and then it was Smells Like Nirvana. This is where I got really wet. In the song Al gargles water to the melody of the song and then hucks all the water and the  cup into the audience. Guess who got all the Water? Me, everybody else  was fine but I got  drench.
    A really long costume change, but this time they played a Flintstones video that was in a Weird Al Show. Then it was Bedrock Anthem. The band looked really great in thier animal print.=) Another Costume change then it was Amish Paradise.  Then comes the highlight of the whole show, Al gains 400 lbs in 2 1/2 minutes. Fat is so cool, Al looked really weird in that outfit. The mask that he wears is awesome! After Fat the band jammed out, while Al had to do another costume change for the encores.
The lights went out and Ruben came out in his Darth Sidious outfit and pumped up the crowd, then he played Toccata in D minor and the rest of the band came out and did the Saga Begins. After Saga, Ruben started to play the Star Wars Theme then he changed it to the Charge song. Then came Yoda!!! I got to see the Yoda Chant up close beacause the stage roatated to my side, then it was over.=(
    Everytime I go see Al it gets better and better. I enjoyed this preformance a lot better than the first time because I actually got to see the band and was not stuck out in the boonies.


FUN THINGS THAT HAPPENED:
     Al head banged with Kevin Masser fellow Al-Team member
     Al made eye contact with me(along with spitting  on me and getting backwash on me!)
     Somebody in the audience put a little chicken on the stage and Ruben kicked it around the stage and played with it
     Al had a hard time getting the gun out
     There was bad feedback but they fixed it
      Jim was acciedntly kicked by the cheerleaders
      Mongo the tour director was fixxing Al's black and white clown suit, and Al gave him the funniest look
      Somebody in the audience was dressed up like a monkey
      Steve smiled back at me
       And all of the video's where great especially 60% chance of rain.
        Mongo hit me in the head while was running down the ailse  as Santa in Fat
