Skip to a year and a half
Azrelela is now older and much sexier. Her brother's all watch out for her and have even started their own lives. Allegro and Andante both have become magicians and are very happy. Adonis has started his life with his mate Aida and are expecting kittens. Aries, however, has lived up to his name, and joined Macavity.
Azrelela was walking home from visiting her brother Adonis and his mate when she heard a rustle in the leaves. She turned quickly to see Aries, badly wounded, stumble out to her and fall. She reached for him and asked him what had happened. He explained that Macavity had attacked him because he disobeyed him.
Azrelela asked what he had disobeyed. He answered that he would not give Azrelela to Macavity as a mate. She smiled and picked him up, carrying him to her and Alethea's trash can.
When they got there, they discovered a horrific site. Alethea had been brutally murdered. Aries told her she had to run away quickly so she would be protected. Confused and scared, Azrelela quickly ran off. Leaving her family forever.
Upon arriving at a new town she came across a handsome tom, Donovan. He easily won her heart with his charisma and good looks. They were to be mates and Azrelela had almost completly forgotten aout her family.
Then Donovan took her for a 'Romantic Getaway' to a dark and dismal alley. Confused by where they were going she asked why they here here. Donovan said nothing, but smacked Azrelela, knocking her to the ground. Other cats surrounded her, smiling evily. She backed up to the wall. Fear shown as clear as day on her face. The cats grabbed her and drug her to Macavity's lair.......
