Suddenly, Tugger heard a Painful moan as he turned to see a queen. She was beautiful, with emerald green eyes, a brown patch over her left eye, black and white paws, and patches of brown and black over her white body. She was a slender figure, with well-toned muscles. She had cuts and scrapes all over her body as she looked to him, sadness and distress in her eyes. She fell to the ground in a heap. Tugger rushed over to her and touched her tenderly, she winced only slightly as she looked up to him, her eyes watering. Her lifted her up in his strong arms as he hurriedly carried her back to the junkyard, �Jenny, Jelly, someone, please help!� he cried as Jennyanydots and Jellylorum ran to him looking to the queen, �Follow us deary!� said Jelly as she ran to her box, Tugger and Jenny behind her. Tugger laid the Beautiful queen on a washcloth; the queen was unconscious, as he placed his hand on her face, rubbing it softly, �Is she going to be okay?� he asked.
�Yes, yes, she�ll be fine Tugger,� replied Jelly hastily cleaning wounds, �Now get out, we need some space, and don�t worry about her, she�ll be fine.�
Tugger nodded and walked outside. Etcetera, along with Jemima, bounced up to him and cooed, �Hi Tugger!� they rubbed up against him but he just walked away, �Sorry girls, Rum Tum Tugger doesn�t feel like playing today�� with that he went to the outside of the junkyard and sat on an old battery, watching the sun go down.
Munkustrap woke up and walked outside, greeting all the kittens, toms, and queens as he did his rounds. He reached Tugger as he walked past him, �Morning Tugger.� Said he with a smile, Tugger nodded as he paced outside of Jelly�s box. Munku looked to him, �Tugger, you alri�� his sentence was cut short when a loud screech was heard in the box as the Beautiful queen ran out of the box and up to the highest part of the junkyard, the hair on her back was standing up as her teeth were bared. All the Jellicles looked to her, the toms protecting the queens and kittens, but Tugger went to the front. He smiled to her, �Hey, don�t be afraid, we�re your friends!�
The queen�s emerald green eyes looked to Tugger and immediately softened as she realized he was the one who rescued her. She slowly, and elegantly, climbed down to the ground where she was welcomed by Tugger�s smile. She bowed her head and said in her sweet voice, �Please, I am sorry, for my behavior, I hope that I will be forgiven.�
Jemima walked up to her and took her hands, she rubbed her face to them as her warm voice spoke, �Hello, I�m Jemima and welcome to the Jellicle junkyard.� The queen smiled to her as Jemima took her to each tom, queen, and kitten. The queen was finally lead back to Tugger as Jemima let her go and bounced away with Etcetera, Rumpleteazer, and Victoria. Tugger smiled at the queen as she smiled back, with her brilliant smile. Tugger said, �Well, my name is Rum Tum Tugger, and I don�t believe I know your name?�
�My name is Azrelela.� Said the queen, her eyes looking into his. He smiled to her, �Well how did you get so torn up?�
�Macavity, he wanted me to be his mate.� Answered Azrelela as she began to tell the story�
�Macavity,� said one of his lackey�s, �We�ve found her.�
�Bring her to me.� Answered the bold voice of Macavity as he waited for them to bring the Queen. They soon came back with a queen, Azrelela, struggling, clawing, and hissing at the cats. They threw her in with Macavity. �Hello my lovely.� Said Macavity, purring to her as her began to pet her back. She wretched away from him and swatted at him, �Hello yourself!� She hissed at him. He walked toward her, looking her over �Yes she would be a fine queen for the mastermind of all crime.� He thought as he grabbed her and began to kiss her, she wretched away suddenly and clawed him leaving a huge scar on his right eye. He fell to the ground in pain as his Lackey�s arrived, beating Azrelela; she was locked in a small barbed wire cage. She somehow wretched her body to get out and slowly limped toward the Jellicle junkyard, and her freedom�
Soon Azrelela finished her story, Tugger looked to her, thinking, �Why would Macavity want her? She looks like she way to nice for him. I swear if he touches her again, there will be hell to pay.� Azrelela looked to him, her eyes looking deep into his, as she realized that she felt so safe with Tugger as she sighed. Tugger shook his head stopping his thoughts, as he looked to her, �Well I guess you should meet our Leader, huh?� she nodded to him and they left off to meet old Deuteronomy.
�Welcome Tugger, Welcome Ms.?� Said Munkustrap, looking to the Queen, his eyes looking her over till he was pleased, �Azrelela, a very beautiful name.� Answered Tugger, his arm and Azzie�s arm together. Azrelela blushed and giggled. �We�ve come to have her meet Deuteronomy, is he available?�
�He�s scolding Tumblebrutus and Pouncival, but you may go in.� answered Munkustrap, bowing them in to Deuteronomy�s den.
�Now Tumblebrutus, Pouncival,� said Old Deuteronomy, half laughing, half scolding, �I know you boys love to get a laugh in now and then but we mustn�t spill paint on a cat, especially orange paint on Etcetera.� He laughed again, wiping tears from his eyes but then continued to scold, Tumble and Cival heads down, �Just think of how much time it will take Jellylorum and Jennyanydots to clean her up. I trust you boys know not to do that again?�
�Yes Sir.� They answered in unison just as Tugger and Azrelela walked in. Tumble and Cival looked to Azrelela and began to smile, seeing her beauty, Old Deuteronomy smiled to them both, �Ah Tugger, I see you have found us a new friend?� he said walking towards them bowing to Azrelela.
Tugger smiled as he gave Azrelela�s hands to Deuteronomy, �This is Azrelela, Deuteronomy.�
Azrelela bowed to Old Deuteronomy, her voice was quivering, �An honor to meet you Sir, a true honor.� She looked up to him, his smile felt so warm that she couldn�t help but smile back. �I assume you would like to join us and become a Jellicle? It would be an honor to have you among us.� Answered Deuteronomy, his old face wrinkled with his smile.
Azrelela looked to Tugger, his face pleading her to join, she looked back to Deuteronomy, �Yes, I would be honored to become a Jellicle.�
�Then tonight, at the Jellicle Ball, you will be excepted into our tribe.� Answered Deuteronomy, smiling as he sent them off to prepare for the Ball.
�OOOOOOOOOOOOOOhhhhhhhhhhhhhh�Purdy, Purdy lights Misto!� exclaimed Etcetera, finally cleaned up. Mistoffolees looked to her and smiled, �Why thank you Cettie.� Jemima, Victoria, Electra, and Rumleteazer sat looking at the toms, drooling. Alonzo, Mungojerrie, Corpicat, and Tantomile placed the foods around so all could eat. Munku sat with Old Deuteronomy, Bombi, and Demeter chatting excitedly. Tumblebrutus and Pouncival sat with Misto and Cettie as Tugger walked in, alone. Bombi walked over to him and rubbed against him, �Hey there, stranger, how�s bout you and me go out tonight?� she purred as she scratched his chin softly, Tugger pulled away, �Naw, I going to help Azzie find a home here at the junkyard, maybe later though.� With that, he walked off leaving Bombi fuming. Finally Azrelela came, with Jelly and Jenny, her wounds were cleaned and she looked more beautiful than ever. Finally, the Jellicle Ball could begin.

After the song had ended loud applause came from both Old Deuteronomy and Azrelela. The other cats applauded, soon Deuteronomy motioned them to stop as he stood and began to speak, �My loyal Jellicles, we are here not only to celebrate, but to add another to our happy tribe,� he motioned for Azrelela to rise, as she did and came towards him, �We are here to join Azrelela, to our tribe,� he kissed her forehead twice and hugged her, �Welcome, to our family, Azrelela.�
�Thank you...� she whispered quietly as she hugged him back, the cats applauded as she walked around, with Munkustrap leading her by the paw, to each cat. Finally, it was time for dancing; each tom picked a queen, Misto with Victoria, Demeter with Munku, and so on and so forth. Azrelela sat waiting for a tom to pick her, Bombi approached Tugger, as did a lot of the queens. Tugger seemed to ignore then as he approached Azrelela, bowing, his arm out, �Would you dance with me babe?� she giggled and took his hand as they danced the night away, the other queens fuming.
Finally it was time for Azrelela to find a home; her and Tugger went scavenging for the perfect home. Tugger spotted something, �Hey Azzie look over here!� said he pointing to an old Barrel with a hunk missing out of it, making it a wonderful place to live. Azrelela nodding as she grabbed an old piece of sheet and crawled inside, spreading it around. Tugger looked at it thinking, �Hmm�. it needs something� of course!� he grabbed an old paintbrush and some orange paint and wrote on the barrel, �Azrelela�s Home� he stepped back, admiring his handwork as Azrelela hugged him quickly, �Thanks for helping me.�
�Hey babe, no problem.� He said hugging her back, loving every minute of this. He wished her goodnight as he departed for his home, singing happily to himself.
Azrelela lay in her barrel sleeping peacefully till she heard a noise outside; she woke with a start and peered out. In the moonlight she saw the outline of Tugger, she relaxed as she walked out, stretching. �Tugger, what are you doing out here, it�s real late.�
�I had to see you again!� he said, quickly taking her in his arms, Azrelela was shocked but held him close.
�I need you,� said Tugger, smiling to himself as her lifted her head so she could see him.
She looked to him, �wait�something isn�t right�� she looked to him, �that�s not Tugger!� she tried to wretch away from the imposter but he held her close, kissing her then whispering to her ear, �Remember me my lovely?� as the imposter suddenly changed back, to Macavity. He hit her on the head and slowly dragged her away, back to his lair.
Tugger woke that morning from a scream, he quickly ran out of his home to see what had happened. The scream had come from Jemima who had found a note on Azrelela�s barrel.

Macavity
Tugger was trembling with furry, as he read the note. Munkustrap stood on an old tin can as he spoke, �Alonzo, Mungo, Skimble, Tugger: Come with me, we must get her back!� the queens wished their toms good luck as they ran to Macavity�s lair.
�Comfortable my lovely?� purred Macavity as he looked into Azrelela�s barbed wire cage. She looked to him, no emotions on her face; she could feel the anger building inside of her as she looked to him. �Leave me the hell alone.�
�Well that�s not very nice to say to your mate.� He retorted stretching.
�You Are Not My Mate!� she yelled at him, throwing a piece of dirt at him.
�Well I guess I will just have to ask Rum Tum Tugger about how to get to you when he gets here.� Macavity said, flexing his claws as he left her.
�If You Hurt Him In Any Way, I Swear You Will Die!!� she yelled to him, falling to the ground in hopelessness.
�Tugger, you go find Azrelela, the rest of you, follow me!� yelled Munkustrap as Alonzo, Skimble, and Mungo followed him left, while Tugger went right. Tugger kept sniffing the air till he got her scent. He quickly scampered to the barbed wire cage as he saw her huddled in a corner, her head in her paws, �Azzie?�
She looked up, she had been crying, as she jumped up and ran to him, �Tugger? Oh thank you god!� she sobbed as he rubbed her face through the barbed wire.
�Excuse me my friend, but that�s my queen your touching.� Said a voice as Tugger turned around. Macavity stood behind him, his teeth bared and claws out. Tugger looked to Macavity as his hair stood up and his claws came out, �She is not yours to claim!� with that he attacked Macavity, clawing and tearing at him, convinced he was going to kill him, �I won�t let him take her! I won�t let him hurt her!� he scratched and bit at Macavity. Macavity took one swipe at him but missed as he fell to the floor then ran off. Using his magic, he disappeared. Tugger went and opened the Barbed wire cage as Azrelela ran to his arms, sobbing, �Oh Tugger, I love you!�
�I love you to Azzie, I love you too.� Answered Tugger as he rubbed her back. She looked up to him as she kissed him, closing her eyes as she melted in his arms. Tugger kissed her back his eyes closed, �It�s good to be me�� he thought hugging and kissing the queen he loved, �it�s good to be me��
