And finally we have Joe, er I mean Kai's scarf! 

This is basically a series of lines around his neck that come to gather to go round his neck.  The wavy bit must be longer width wise and the top where the scarf meets the ball where the wavy bit starts must be much more shorter width wise.  I'd say about 1/4 the size in length of the loose end.

The bit between these two is a series of curves that shape the direction the wind is blowing it.  If you can draw normal anime/manga hair you should have no problem drawing this part of the scarf!
The detail is always added in last.  Kai's belt decoration can be drawn using a circle for a base. Be careful when trying to get the angle of the spikes, when looking straigt on at them (like the front arm)  they should be in alignment with Kai's middle finger (again not present in this picture.  The top of each blue markings should be symeticaly aligned with its counterpart on the opposite side of Kai's face. Son't forget the marking on his shoes, or the button on each pocket!
