"What do you think it is?"

Tom experiences it like this: "It feels like am spinning down the swirling vortex of human energy, racing, rampaging, rolling and frowning - my stomach churning, gasping for air as I go down, down, down, down, pulling around me for other people to come with me as I go....."

Kathleen tells her tale this way: "It is like the perpetual roller coaster: clankety, clankety, clankety up the hill. I can feel myself, spin to the earth, almost perpendicular to it, my weight bearing down on me and my heartbeat matching the clankety, clankety, clankety almost stopping before we reach the top and wait: its beautiful for just a brief moment and then free falling which is not exhilarating at all, it takes my breath away with fear and when it gets really bad, it is a free falling wheel screeching that
doesn't ever seem to stop until I crash into something even more painful than the free-falling-screaching-waiting-for-the-impact trip."

"Are Kathleen and Tom describing a natural disaster, a crisis of some sort, a scene from the latest sci-fi movie?"

"Nope, nope and nope and yes, yes and yes."

They are both describing the disaster that can occur when we add our negative thoughts and beliefs into our being and continue to mix it up, stir it up, energize it by having it become our focus.

Yes - we have just created fiction only we are living it as fact.

Here's the good news.

Now that you recognize and acknowledge you have created fiction you are able to consciously move out the darkness of untruth and into the light.
