Weeping Willow by Ronnie Leviner
Oh weeping willow come cover me
Our lives may be as one
This sadness in the days I've known
And hope for setting sun
As you at times seem gracefully
To bow before the wind
And yet stand tall in heat of day
Though your limbs may bend
So help me now I ask of you
That I may learn your way
For long as we both shall weep
Beneath your bowing wings I'll stay
Oh weeping willow now I know
That God made you for me
To show me I can stand
These things I plainly see
Now I am in storms of life
Standing tall I can be
His Word come in light of day
Through the weeping willow tree
