Go ahead and Cry
Cry until your eyes are dry
Cry until the waves have ceased
Cleansing tears are necessary
Mandatory
Healthy for your Body, Spirit, Soul
Cleansing tears must fall
Before your healing can begin, my friend
Don't be afraid
Don't be ashamed
To cry your tears
