The palm of my hand by
Donna Wallace
I
posses the future in the palm of my hand
I only need to unclench my
fist to let it in
And one by one a world of
miracles
and blessings and
opportunities will rush in
that before were never opened
up to me.
I only need to slightly wave
my hand
to be recognized, and life
will give to me
what I am deserving of - if I
just try hard enough.
I possess my future in the
palm of my hand
I can clench it so tight that
I snuff it out
and deny it the right to ever
survive
Or I can breathe life into it
and keep it alive.
I can clap so hard that I
extinguish my hope
Or I can fan my embers into a
burning flame.
My future is mine and I alone
choose what it shall be.
My future is mine - I hold it
in the palm of my hand.
Love
and Light,
Donna
