My Journey

When a "Gentle Adventure Retreat for Women" was offered in Maui, I realized I was ready for a wider experience. The goal was to "emerge courageous" from the experience. As my physical limitations were taxed and surpassed, I felt empowered by the experience and wanted to share it with others.

After returning home, fellow massage therapists and clients began sharing their stories of courage and strength as I began sharing mine. I found them fascinating, encouraging and strengthening. I realized that many people need to tell someone their stories. So I began looking for magazines on courage with no results. (more)
