Club bylaws
Article 8 - Club Trainer

8.1 The club trainer shall be kept by one of the club's intro pilots with buddy box.

8.2 The club trainer shall be kept in good flyable condition at all times.

8.3 Any parts, batteries or fuel needed to keep the club trainer in a good flying condition shall be reported to the treasurer for purchase from club funds.

8.4 There shall be a maximum of three (3) free flights on the club trainer given to anyone showing interest in learning to fly.

Article 9 - Club Saftey Rules

9.1 Club Saftey Rules shall be displayed at the flying field, and copies are to be available for issue, and it is conditional for flying members (3.2) to comply with these rules.

9.2 Club Saftey Rules shall be in conjunction with AMA Saftey Code, and not considered to replace AMA Saftey Code.

9.3 Club Saftey Rules may be changed by a regular club meeting vote, by current members, by a simple majority.

Article 10 - Bylaw Changes

10.1 Club Bylaws shall only be changed by a written ballot, submitted to all current members. Notice of the proposed change, and the logic behind it, together with the ballot paper, shall be sent to all current members at least two weeks prior to the voting date by mail.

10.2 Current Club Bylaw copies shall be issued to all members, and to all new members.

    The above Bylaws of the Emerald City Flyers Club were ratified by a regular club meeting , as dated.
