This year was the best year of my life, because I went on the People to People Student Ambassador trip to Australia and New Zealand. I made friends, and I learned about Australia/New Zealand. I still am in contact with some Australian kids that I met while visiting the school in Australia.
My family and I love to travel, and I have been to many places apart from Australia and New Zealand. A few years ago we went on a cruise on the Caribbean Sea. While on the cruise, we stopped at Jamaica, Mexico, and the Cayman Islands. I have also visited Yellowstone National Park, Walt Disney World, California, and New York City.
While in NYC, we went to see a Broadway play. Because I love to act, this was very exciting. I have been in two community theatre plays. I was in the Prime Of Miss Jean Brodie and played Mary, a shy student that stuttered and was one of Miss Brodie's "special girls." In Alice in Wonderland I played the Frog Footman, who is a character in the book, but not in the Disney movie.
