Please feel free to contact any/all of the officers above at ANY time with questions pertaining to the Emergency Medicine Club, academic issues, or the life while on Grenada in general!!

One thing that we acknowledge from day one in the institution of Saint George's Medical School is that although we
may not have pictured ourselves as being on the island of Grenada as the initiation point of our medical careers,
it is our desire to serve ALL of those who may be presented before us in a time of need.   Therefore in order to
obtain that position where in the very near future we will be the beneficial decision makers, we must devote the
extreme amount of time and dedication to achieve that status.  Unlike what may be presented to you on a daily
basis via the media, cohorts in medicine, and your own self intuition, the journey that you embark on will never
be easy.  It will always be slightly more challenging due to the fact that you initiated your path of fore longed
healing on the island of Grenada.  I feel strongly in saying from experience and observation that this will only
benefit your knowledge and success from the first moment that you lay your hands on an individual in need.
Please do not ever consider yourselves to be less than the apex of excellence -- you chose to fight to obtain
your status, something that others once rewarded acceptance take for granted.  It is an HONOR to say that you
obtained your education from the small island of Grenada.

Please do not ever hide that from the many people that you will contact on a daily basis.

SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 will now be remembered as one of the most disgusting days in history.

Please take a moment to remember those who have lost their sacred lives due to the pathetic, despicable, nonintellectual actions of some worthless individual(s).
You have successfully proven to the world your uselessness, and cowardly nature.

Please let us know who you are so that we can show our respect towards your great being.  Maybe I should draw a picture - I was under the assumption that you may have been educated enough to read, but I now admit to my mistake.

Please also dedicate positive thoughts to those who are there providing care for the ill and the missing, attempting to stabilize a very unstable scene.  Every moment that these individuals are devoting their time to helping others is putting themselves at risk.

Keep your head up -- being so far away now feels even worse than it normally does.  Take the time to call or write to those loved ones at home.  The studies will still be there when you are done -- some things should just take precedence.

WE
-- THE GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD --
WILL SURVIVE.
