i've only been to the one in chinatown, and it seems to be mainly vietnamese. the food is all vegetarian and really quite good; there's a lot to choose from, including a bunch of fake-meat dishes if you're in the mood. pho, bun, cha gio, goi cuon and more all available. prices are very reasonable.
