I'm just testing a possible new alternative to geocities. I may not post much today, but will say this: I went skiing this weekend on slush/ice and only fell once when some dork thought it possible to pass me on the right with only a strip of snow to ski on (it was a strange green/white pattern kind of slope). My quads were aching!
I am sticking with my workout plan and am doing swimmingly. I'm going to the gym after work today (which, by the way, is INCREDIBLY boring today).
